On /subnets/{id} (admin): PXE next-server and PXE boot file.

The DHCP server identifier remains option 54 (LATTICE_SERVER_IP or the process listen address). Do not put the TFTP host in option 54.
There is no separate PXE daemon in Lattice. dhcpd only hands out the next-server and filename. TFTP/HTTP boot still lives on your existing infrastructure.
