Prefixes, pools, reservations, live leases. The DHCP plane reads the same rows.

A reservation that IPAM writes is visible to every dhcpd process. There is no separate “DHCP-only” truth that drifts from the spreadsheet.

What is counted

Managed IPs are addresses in leased, reserved, or quarantined state. Prefix size, free inventory, and excluded ranges are not counted against max_managed_ips.
