Data processing
Lattice DDI is software you run. We do not process your lease or IPAM data. There is no product DPA because there is no product-side processing.

You are the controller of all personal data in your Lattice DDI deployment. That data never needs to leave your network for the product to function. Lattice does not host your Postgres, packet path, or DHCP failover.
If you paste personal data into a support ticket or quote form, you instruct us to process it only to respond. We are not your processor for production DDI data. We reject any customer DPA, SCCs, or “security exhibit” that would make Lattice responsible for systems we do not operate, unless Lattice signs that document.
Website account data is described in the privacy policy. A hosted control plane, if Lattice ever offers one, will have its own terms and DPA. Until then, do not assume subprocessors, uptime, or data-residency commitments beyond that policy.
