Community is the install with no license file. A 30-day Starter trial in the portal tests extra dhcpd and three-node VIP before you buy. Prepaid 1, 2, or 3 years. Create an account first. Buy, renew, and upgrade in portal Billing (Stripe ACH or card when eligible). A paid file on that cluster raises the cap; no reinstall.

Multi-year prepaid terms include a discount versus annual billing — exact amounts are shown in the portal at checkout. Every paid SKU is bought in the portal: ACH on Stripe, or a card when the prepaid line is $15,000 or less. Need more than 25,000 managed IPs? That is a quote.
Managed IPs = leased + reserved + quarantined + assigned. Prefix size is not the meter. Existing leases keep renewing if you hit the cap. New grants, reservations, and assignments are refused. No phone-home.
Community: 1,000 IPs, one node, BIND TSIG and AD GSS-TSIG. Perpetual free SKU. No license file. A 30-day Starter trial in the portal tests three-node before you buy. Same tarball.
Paid: Same inbox, business hours America/Chicago. No phone. No 24×7.
Community runs on one node. A paid file lets you add dhcpd nodes and run three-node HA behind a VIP. No license file. A 30-day Starter trial is in the portal if you want HA before you buy.

Fleet is clusters, not IPs. Separate file. Same public tier names and prepaid terms as cluster Lattice (Community through Team). DHCP stays on each site.

Each cluster still needs its own Lattice entitlement — Community or paid. Fleet does not pool IPs and does not change a cluster’s cap. Mix Community and paid sites in one Fleet. Over the cluster cap, existing sites stay managed; new enrollments stop.
Fleet support is the control plane. A Community site in a paid Fleet is still Community (no SLA) for DHCP and IPAM. Paid Fleet files are issued on the account; more than Team is a quote.
